点评：Dick Mack's is a Dingle institution, and the brewing story behind it is genuinely interesting... so we were happy to sign up for the beer tour. A small caveat worth setting expectations: this is less a tour in the traditional sense and more an intimate tasting session with commentary. If you're expecting to wander through a sprawling brewery, you may need to recalibrate: the brewing setup is compact and straightforward. But if you come in the right spirit, there's plenty to enjoy.
The highlight is the context. The history of craft brewing in Ireland is a rich and surprisingly recent story, and Dick Mack's role as a genuine pioneer in the Dingle scene gives the session a satisfying sense of place and purpose. It's the kind of background that makes the beer in your glass taste a little more meaningful.
