Yew Tree Alpacas的点评
点评：Have wanted to meet up close and walk with alpacas for such a long time, and our experience with Yew Tree Alpacas didn't disappoint. Booking was easy, and instructions sent beforehand were really clear, helpful, and informative.
We happened upon an amazing day weather wise, matched only by the warm welcome we received by Penny and the other ladies (so sorry, can't remember their names!). We had a lovely friendly group, nine of us in total.
After a briefing, we were taken by a small coach to the alpaca "boys" in their paddock. We were given instructions on handling and how things would work and were then introduced. Elgar was a gorgeous brown laid-back alpaca, and walking him was just so lovely and so long as you followed the advice totally smooth and straightforward.
After feeding him carrots, which he enjoyed, we said "goodbye" and headed back on the bus. We then got to meet the mums and baby alpacas and took some pictures before enjoying a lovely lunch of various sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche, salad crisps, biscuits and bars. Penny was on hand to answer questions and share further alpaca interesting alpaca facts.
The gift and yarn shops were nice to browse around and treated ourselves to some socks. I am already saving up for my next visit and would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
