However:

The office has made a mistake and although I paid for 5 hours training, they forgot to book the last 2 hours and had to overcome this by changing the original time I asked for the trainin which made our morning more stressed than we planned. When I asked before the last 2 hours if the yrainers will speak between them they said that the 1st trainer is not working so the office lady said she will talk to the 1st one and will update the 2nd one...

The trainers are not using same terminology. One will say "Pizza" and the other will say "snowplough" for example.

Equipment hire- they referred us to the rental shop they work with which gave a very bad service. We came 1 day before for the show fitting. The next day it was someone else who claimed the shoes are no good and started the whole process from scratch. Problem is that there were many customers at that yime, he was alone and could hardly speak english
