Some of the best chocolate, but very pricey.

点评：Individual chocolates are over $4 a piece. Got a brownie, a large 'drinking chocolate', and a 4 pack of chocolates. I did a flight last time I was here and it was one of the more sublime culinary experiences for me. Unfortunately the brownie was pedestrian at best. (We actually much prefer Ghirardelli's Dark Chocolate mix from the store over this one). We've been coming here for years when prices were cheaper and we know their chocolates and we only come to Santa Fe but once every other year or 3, so now it's a pretty significant splurge. We can get great Belgian chocolates locally from 2 different places for almost half that. Our chocolate budget is about the same, and we now get about half of what we come away with in the past. Both times we were there, there was a line to the door, but it moved quickly. So business is still good, but like skiiing, I fear good chocolates are going the way of the wealthy...
