点评：We had the best service of our lives at Jackson-Triggs, thanks to our server, Jenna!!
We’ve been to Jackson-Triggs before, and it was always nice, but we were exceptionally blown away this time because of the incredible service from Jenna. She was funny, attentive, and so quick with our food and beverages. There was even a small mix-up with one of our wine flights (dropped off by another server), Jenna spotted it herself and immediately brought over the correct wine sample and even let us keep the mistaken one, before we had even noticed there was an incorrect sample!... talk about attention to detail and GREAT customer service!
Her sense of humour was sharp and contagious, and she took all of our teasing about her being colourblind in stride when she cracked a joke about it. Beyond being an absolutely fantastic server, she was genuinely kind and took the time to connect with us, even chatting about school and life. She has a million-dollar smile and just has such a warm, positive energy that completely lit up our table. What a bright, wonderful person... she truly made our experience unforgettable.
If my boys weren’t too old for her, I’d be marching back there with a ring for her to marry one of them myself!... we just absolutely adored her!
We wish her all the best and can’t wait to come back and hopefully sit at her table again soon!
