Best way to explore Peaks of the Balkans

点评：We had an incredible time on the 7-day trip with Trek Balkan, as a couple from the UK visiting this part of Europe for the first time, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Adnan our trip leader, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind and great fun to spend time with. Thanks to him, we learnt a lot about the history, culture and traditions of this region.
The hiking itself was spectacular. The scenery throughout the Peaks of the Balkans was some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen, and each day was planned perfectly. Everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on hiking and taking in the incredible landscapes.
Some of our highlights were the welcoming guest houses - Adnan’s strong relationships with the local families gave us a genuine insight into life in the mountains and everywhere we stayed treated us to delicious home cooked/home grown food.
Our favourite memory was spotting bear tracks in the snow!
If you’re considering exploring the Peaks of the Balkans , we can’t recommend Adnan and Trek Balkan more. It was truly a trip of a lifetime - thank you again!
