点评:I had bought a ticket from your ferry company from Bodrum to Kos Island 06.06.25 at 16:00 and a return from Kos to Bodrum on 10.06 at 09:30.
On the return trip from Kos Island to Bodrum on 10.06.25 at 09:30 I was there at 08:30. And then this happened:
When I asked at the check in desk where to wait, I was told by an elderly lady with glasses (she was like the chief there) to wait in line while - she was obviously taking other peoples passports and showing them priority. Anyway, I did not make this a big deal – however when I was waiting in line another group of people came and she again took their passports – when I asked her ‘what about the line? ‘ she YELLED AT ME (yes – you are reading right) she yelled at me like HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT IN LINE ? She yelled me in front of everyone - I did not answer her back.
I have NEVER been treated like this in any other company in my life – I will never buy a ticket from this ferry again and tell about this all my friends and family. I think this is VERY EMBARRASSING as this is simply unacceptable and very rude and very unbelievable…..
