Spa at Hatherley Manor的点评
点评：This was a surprise birthday present for my girlfriend, and her first time have a Spa treatment. Full body massage and manicure.
Parking
There was plenty of parking space right outside the entrance.
Entrance and waiting area
The Spa waiting area was very pleasant and quiet with soft music in the background.
My girlfriend completed the medical form and was called in for the treatment.
Full body massage
We did not book a Swedish massage. The back, shoulders and legs were massaged, however, the full body massage was much lighter than expected. Creams were used and just rubbed in, not massaged properly. The massage therapist used a lot of creams for the head massage but did not massage the scalp much, she focussed on the hair.
She also told my girlfriend to be quiet as the person in ten next cubical would be disturbed. I would have thought the cubicles would be close to sound-proof so people would not be disturbed. Maybe a redesign of the cubicles needs to be rethought.
Manicure
I ordered a manicure, but my girlfriend opted for a pedicure, as she uses her hands at work and the manicure would not last long. The pedicure consisted of some cream rubbed on her feet and her toenails painted. The therapist seemed to want to rush to complete this as well. The therapist said “we are running late”. Supposed to be enjoyable spa treatment turned out to be a “rush job”?
Conclusion
Not impressed at all. They don’t have the right attitude towards their customers. Do research with a number of Spa venues and ask a lot of questions before choosing.

一点也不满意。他们对待顾客的态度很差。多去几家水疗中心做些调查，选择之前多问问题。
