Spa at Hatherley Manor的点评
点评：I had booked a spa day as a birthday treat for myself and was not disappointed.
I had a lovely relaxing day. The thermal suite was enjoyable, as was the jacuzzi. There was plenty of space to chill, including the relaxation room. Luckily, it seemed to be quite a quiet day, so it was very peaceful. Lunch was good and the day just flew by.
The highlight of my day was a hot stones massage with Sarah. I think it was quite possibly the best massage I've ever had. I would definitely want to go back for that alone!
The only slight downside was the arrival process. I was given my robe etc. and then just shown to the changing room. Unfortunately, that was the extent of it. I had to ask a spa member how to get in and out as you needed a key card for the main, which I didn't have. She showed me where everything was and explained that there was another door in and out of the spa area. I would have expected the receptionist to have given me a tour of the whole spa (as stated on the booking) or at least given me this basic info.
