点评：First issue began that morning when they sent a message asking for everyones chinese order (11 of us booked in from 3pm). When I wasn't quick enough they texted and asked for it again. I had planned to transfer the remaining balance (well over £1000) like I did with the deposit but they wanted all cash. I found this extremely weird for a business and that amount. Arrived at 2.50pm and there were other people walking around the house and using the bathroom. When we asked staff we were told it was because we were early. Girl showed us around and asked us to put our chinese order in which I had already done. The rest of the party had not arrived but they wanted to start the treatments at 3.15pm (no times given beforehand). Staff counted out the cash in middle of the kitchen around everyone and also the £300 cash security deposit. The hot tub was full of leaves, which I would expect as there had been a storm but it was clear that nothing was checked before we arrived. The treatments were all over the place. We had one girl had been forgot about and initially they said they would do it the following morning because everyone had went home but then a staff member said she would stay. While having the treatment she could clearly here the staff complaining about each other. We were told that someone would be back to sort out the cocktails but no one appeared and we were left with an over frozen machine ourselves. Everywhere needed a really good clean and repairs.
I got into the bottom bunk and it was just a mattress on the floor, no base.
