点评：We stayed over from the 25th to the 27th of October. The place is now terribly run down. The reception is well staffed but is none of the ladies seemed to know what they were doing and not helpful at all. We got checked in, no registration was done until departure day, no food allergies, or restrictions were registered forcing people to wait for meal options during meals. We stayed in river tent 2 and our tent floor was dirty and the bed roughly made. Got served 1 bottle bottles of drinking water on arrival and none there after. One has to walk to the dining to fill up on drinking water or bring your own. Our tent was breaking at the seams and mosquitoes gave us a terrible night . The resident horses are a lovely sight however, no one cleans up after them and walking in the dark means you’ll step on turds.
The food is terrible and definitely sub par for the price point. Because guests share the buffet station with their staff, food often ran out. This is after they insist that one must prepay for all meals. If arriving after sundown, you will need a flashlight to find the path to the reception. While the lamps exist, no one is bothered to replace the bulbs. A huge disappointment.
