Unforgettably beautiful holiday in Oman

点评：We are a family of four, with two children aged 12 and 9, originally from the Alps. We came to Oman looking for a hiking holiday in its magnificent mountains, with safe, beautiful trails being our main priorities.
We could not have been luckier than to have Salman and Ali as our guides!
Salman runs a family tour agency, and his family originally comes from the mountainous area around Al Hamra. Their knowledge of the region is simply unparalleled. We had the pleasure of hiking with both Salman and Ali, and they were both outstanding: extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of our children and always kept us all safe.
Both Salman and Ali speak excellent English, in addition to their native Arabic. Salman speaks also a bit of French. Beyond being both extremely good mountaineers, they have a deep knowledge of Omani culture, traditions, and history. They are both a pleasure to spend time with, always happy to answer questions, share their knowledge, satisfy our curiosity, and engage in interesting conversations.
The hikes we enjoyed with Salman and Ali were truly, truly exceptional. Having grown up hiking in the Alps, we know how important it is to have a knowledgeable guide, but in Oman this makes an even greater difference. Trails are not always as clearly marked as they are in Switzerland, and a thorough understanding of the terrain is essential to finding the most beautiful and safest routes.
We are grateful to Salman and Ali for making our hiking holiday such a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend them to anyone willing to explore the northern part of Oman which is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen!
