点评：This review is long overdue, our experience in Costa Rica was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible concierge team—Kate and Esteban of Aventuras Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, Kate greeted us with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. She was not only welcoming but incredibly thoughtful, anticipating our needs and always making sure we were comfortable and happy.
Esteban was equally amazing—friendly, incredibly detail-oriented, and always right on time. His professionalism was matched by his approachable and down-to-earth nature, which made every interaction feel like we were catching up with an old friend. Whether it was helping us plan daily excursions or making sure logistics ran smoothly, Esteban handled everything with care and precision.
Together, Kate and Esteban didn’t just help guide us through our trip—they became part of the adventure. Like extended family, they made our stay feel personal - from my birthday surprise to a thoughtful gift from Esteban's mom; seamless -kept to schedules and made sure we didn't miss out on our scheduled fun activities and full of joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Ten stars isn’t enough!
