Viet Sail Phu Quoc的点评
点评：Following a Whatsapp dialogue with Pierre, we agreed a 3 hour trip with Viet Sail starting at 2pm from Starfish beach.
This entailed a 50 minute ride to get from our hotel in Ganh Dau but Pierre stated the sea was too rough for collection there.
We arrived in good time at the advised meeting point on the beach and messaged Pierre to let him know.
Shortly after 2pm there was no sign of anyone and no response to my messages0o.
Eventually Pierre and his morning tour arrived back. By this time it was already nearly 2.40.
Rather than offering a sincere apology for his lateness and lack of communication with us, Pierre just shrugged his shoulders and said he cannot control the wind so sometimes they are late.
Had he given us an actual apology we would have proceeded with the trip. However, his rude and arrogant attitude was just not acceptable, so we left for another 50 minute trip back to our hotel.
A total waste of our precious holiday time and last day in Ganh Dao.
