Restaurant could be a lot better

点评：I would have loved to rate this garden centre higher. But can’t because of the dismal experience we encountered in the cafe.
We had an extremely long wait then was thoroughly disappointed my the meals we ordered.
My roast chicken was stone cold as was the roast beef
How they managed to over bake chicken goujons so that they were dry and rock hard. But also cold. Is beyond me My grand children couldn’t eat them
It was also unforgivable that they had no tomato ketchup or cranberry for the roast chicken or horseradish for the beef
I had to buy it in the food hall. It was a total rip off and I am sure lots of other people do the same as the lady behind the counter asked if it was for the cafe.
I was disgusted The only good thing was that our family that had fish and chips said theirs was hot
Needless to say we certainly won’t be eating there again. And I would ask that the managers really look at what has gone wrong with the cafe.
I’m sure it would be to there advantage to over haul the running of it
