波耶尼切城堡的点评
点评：We visited (on 31/07) the castle of Bojnice during our vacation in Slovakia.
The castle is splendid and worth seeing.
On the other hand, being a foreign tourist we had to take a guided tour that took place exclusively in Slovak. Too bad for our family and other (German) visitors who were in our group. We did have a brochure in French but what is it if we have a guide?
Our guide was accessible because he did not say a single word in English to take into account the diversity of his group. And that’s indeed all the bad I think of the organization. A shame. I told our guide at the end of the visit but I didn’t get a response from him. Not even a word of apology or a word to say that she was going to bring up the problem.
And tell your staff to smile! We were followed by a very unpleasant babysitter. His role was to tell us to follow the group when we had absolutely nothing to do. Fortunately, she did not dare to approach me because I would have very, very badly welcomed her.
In short, I am a very unhappy visitor.
