点评：This is the worst experience I have ever had with a tour company and so I had to write this review. I booked the Lisboa city tour for me and my aunt at a cost of €72 each and it was a total waste of my hard earned cash. We were told we would be picked up at 5:40 at our hotel and we were in the foyer by 5:35 waiting to be picked up. Up until 6:00 no one came so we asked the person at the reception to call the company. They were told that the bus pass out the hotel gate twice and they did not see anyone. Apparently we were suppose to go stand out on the road in front of the hotel to wait on the bus. When we booked we were not told this information. In any case, they knew we were staying at the hotel and we had paid our money. They did not make the effort to check at the reception or even call to the hotel reception. Instead they drove away and left us. When we asked for a refund they refused to give us back our money for a trip that we did not go on. Instead, they said the only compensation is to go on another trip which was priced at €32 which was less than half the price we paid for the original trip and of course they did not give us back the difference. The trip we went on we saw some rock formation and visited a fishing village. For our €144 I think this was an absolute rip off. These people do not have their customers interest at heart they only want to take our money and give us poor service and expect us to be satisfied with their performance. I certainly would never book with them again and I hope others read reviews about companies like these and avoid being scammed of your hard earned cash.
