Strike Zone Sportfishing & Bottom Fishing的点评
点评：This is our 2nd time going on Strike Zone (1st time in 2015). The first trip was phenomenal- we caught so many fish & the crew caught 2 Ono. We gave away some of our fish because we couldn’t eat them all. The crew shared some of the Ono with everyone - we tipped really well because we had the BEST time & they gave us a little extra 😉
This time was a great experience as well - crew was super nice (Slip 40 - Jake & Adam were super helpful!) We left the harbor & trawled for big fish before stopping over a reef to bottom fish. Each person went to one of the poles they had setup complete with a cup of bait & a towel to wipe. They explained how to bait your hook & drop your line. The boat drifts so after a bit, you pull up your line and reset over the reef & then go again. There were some fish caught there but not a lot so we moved to another reef. There were many more fish biting there. On the way back, they tried for big fish again but unfortunately no luck.
We didn’t catch quite as many fish as in our 1st trip (still, 3 people caught 4, 2, &2). I believe everyone onboard caught multiple fish. They cleaned & scaled our catch for us (hallelujah!); we grilled our blue stripe snapper for dinner - delicious!
The scenery was beautiful, the water is such a stunning blue. We had a lot of fun!
