点评：My visit to Zoo Negara was unfortunately underwhelming. The much-advertised panda exhibit was not available, which was very disappointing as it is one of the main reasons many visitors come.
The overall zoo experience did not meet expectations. Cleanliness was lacking, and several areas were undergoing maintenance, which made the visit feel incomplete. On top of that, the constant upselling of photo booths — almost making it feel mandatory — took away from the enjoyment and gave the experience a very commercialized feel.
On a positive note, the kids enjoyed the bird section, which has a great variety and was one of the more engaging parts of the visit.
In summary, while there are some highlights, the zoo would benefit from better upkeep, clearer communication about exhibits, and less focus on upselling to create a more enjoyable and family-friendly experience.
