Great venue, terrible staff attitude

点评：The theatre itself is fine its the staff that's the issue. I ordered a bottle of beer and a diet coke for the interval. However, at the interval my order was nowhere to be found. I complained at the bar and a member of staff came to try to find my order. Eventually she found the open bottle of beer but no diet coke, clearly it had been stolen. When she went to get a replacement I poured the beer and found it to be a short measure. On her return with the coke she was adamant the beer only fills half a glass. I asked to speak to a manager, who upon hearing the story said she would get me a replacement beer. However, upon her return she said she had spoken to the staff and it wasn't a short measure. I'm over 60 and know a short measure when I see one. She was calling me a liar. I said I pay my way on life and didn't need to scam anyone for a free drink and refused her offer of a replacement (she had brought a sealed bottle and a bottle opener so clearly never intended to part with it without saying something first. A great show spoiled by a terrible attitude that the customer is always wrong. I certainly will never order interval drinks again, and probably won't go back at all.
