Waterfalls of Hamilton的点评
点评：Loved our days chasing waterfalls and sometimes it's JUST that...the chase! I planned 2 full days of exploring, hiking and seeking. It was warm, sunny and majestic on the Escarpment. I took my daughter-in-law's advice and went BEFORE the long wkd in May. She said..it will get crazy busy! I'm glad we did because the parking areas were quiet and there weren't a lot of people on the trails. Were the waterfalls fantastic?...not really :( BUT..it was fun to plan and be outdoors, enjoying nature.
Borer's Falls was worth a look and I recommend the hike from Ray Lowes Parking Area and doing the climb up. Webster's Falls is a gorgeous spot and worth the parking fee! Felker's Falls had a brilliant LOOP that kept us busy hiking for most of the day and we saw Albion Falls along that route, too. Devil's Punchbowl is WORTH seeing but it will only take you minutes. The view over Hamilton is a highlight at that stop too! Take it all in! Upper and Lower Sanitorium Falls are not worth seeing but you can spot the Mountain Sanitorium itself. Darnely Cascade is really pretty!
