Guide: Yu Ben was a professional guide with extensive knowledge of the Andes, their history, and culture. Every day he would become our unofficial paparazzi and take dozens of fotos of our group and at the end of the 4 day hike we had lunch with him and he shared the pictures. Thanks to him, we’ve learned to appreciate and better understand Andean civilization.
Chef: We had Moisés as our chef, he was very talented and friendly; we enjoyed varied and fresh meals throughout the trip. He always surprised us with beautiful and tasty meals, he even managed to make llamas out of crackers. The last dinner he brought out a delicious orange cake. My favorite thing that he made for us was fresh guacamole stuffed inside of a cracker. I’m still wishing I could eat it again.
Head Porter: Concepción was very well-organized and attentive to every detail so that everyone can enjoy the trip. He was very encouraging each time we reached camp and he was the first to notice and he clapped us into camp each day.
