点评:This was one of the most interesting museums I have ever seen. I knew we were in for a different experience when the woman who took our tickets asked what language we would like to use during the tour and that it would take 22 minutes to complete it. I'd never had a "time" set for a museum tour before. Once it started we understood. As you walked into a dark area, certain displays would light up as the story of "glass" was told from ancient times to present. The displays guided your walk as you moved from room to room at a pace dictated by the presentations. New rooms would open up as older rooms were closed off for tourists coming behind us. The tour ended by opening up onto an overlook where glass blowers were actually working. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a concise, entertaining and educational lesson on glass and the role Hergiswil played in the production of it for almost 300 years.
