The Other Palaces in Potsdam are just as interesting as Schloss Sanssouci

点评：Schloss Sanssouci is the most famous of the palaces located in Potsdam. It has a tiered garden, but on this visit, it did not look very well maintained. In fact, there were many brown patches due to the lack of rain. The palace itself was interesting, but looks redundant when visiting the other palaces in Potsdam.
Think of these palaces the equivalent to Versailles. Located in the far suburbs of the capital and expressing the opulence of Prussian (German) royalty.
Our tickets were for a specific time of day only for Sanssouci Palace, but the agents let us in early so we could get a head start on the day. The balance of the palaces in Potsdam are available any time during the day based on our multi-palace tickets. Be aware the palaces are closed on Mondays, so plan your visit accordingly.
