Huge Disappointment – Joya Spa Isn’t What It Used to Be

点评：I've been coming to Joya Spa for years -- it's always been my happy place, and I've recommended it to everyone. Sadly, my visit on May 22nd was the complete opposite of the luxury experience I've come to love.
My massage was uncomfortable (the therapist's heavy breathing made it impossible to relax), the cocktails were terrible, and the food was bland and low quality. The terrace had no music for hours, dirty dishes piled up, and the hot tub was disgusting -- full of grit, broken tiles, and in clear disrepair. Even the bathrooms were messy and understocked.
To top it off, my parking validation didn't work, and I had to pay to leave. I emailed the management team about all of this and never received a response.
This used to be a 5-star experience, but now it feels neglected and poorly managed. I truly hope Montelucia addresses what's going on -- because Joya Spa deserves better than this.
