点评：Plan to stand on the observation tower at sun rise. The changing light in the morning makes for so much nicer scenery. The board walk has slits of various size and many boards are damaged or broken. So you need to watch your step and will need more time than your usual walking speed. It is a one-way system which is good as you do not want to have to cross!
There are mobile homes standing for the night on the parking lot but you should still find a spot.
Paying for parking is tricky. Only via mobile phone with a poor signal reception. Instruction only in Latvian :-O So you will need quite some time. Information on the visit Jurmala website is wrong. First hour EUR 3.- and then EUR 7.-/24 hrs.
Unless you rush (careful boards are slippery) the shorter loop you will not manage within an hour. And you want to see the area from above.
There are toilets which you will easily find even in the dark. Just follow your nose :-O
You have to be quiet but there is a lot of noise from the road, trains and the odd airplane :-O
