点评：Wendy C was the best ski instructor we’ve had at Hemel Hempstead Snow Centre.
After a road traffic accident delayed our journey, we arrived feeling stressed and worried that we’d miss much of our lesson. Wendy immediately put us at ease, helping my daughter with her boots and skis and ensuring we made the most of every minute we had on the slope. Her kindness, professionalism and calm approach completely took the pressure off.
Her teaching style was outstanding. She used a truly multi-sensory approach, incorporating ski poles as props during exercises, drawing pictures in the snow to explain concepts, and beautifully modelling parallel skiing in a way that really resonated with my 9-year-old daughter. She found creative hooks and explanations that made learning fun, engaging and memorable.
As for me, Wendy introduced a completely new skiing concept that transformed my understanding in just 30 minutes. I genuinely came away a better skier.
Wendy went above and beyond in every way. Thank you for turning a stressful start into such a positive and productive experience. We can’t wait to return.
