点评：**Disappointing Lack of Clarity on pool Access**

I booked this hotel partly for its pool facilities, but my experience was soured by unclear communication. When booking, I specifically called the hotel and asked about pool access, and the hotel didn’t mention that only certain room types or packages include it in the price ( I have learnt how less than 20% of bookings have access to pool)
Upon arrival after long wait at reception - I said I was looking forward to using the pool and did I need to bring towel from room - at this new opportunity again it wasn’t mentioned it was separate business owned by the hotel but different
I took the long walk to the pool and was surprised to learn my room didn’t qualify, and I faced extra charges to use the spa.
This felt misleading, as I expected full transparency.
The pool receptionist laughed at me which I think made it worse than the issue was - sometimes even in a poor situation the staff attitude can really make it better but I was felt feel like I was trying to steal something
I urge the hotel to be clearer about spa access policies during calling to book to avoid disappointing guests. Double-check your room’s inclusions before reserving!
Be aware : on the day of check in kids can’t use the pool after 15:00
