Nordik Spa Nature Chelsea的点评
点评：This was my first visit to the Nordik Nature Spa, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. Despite the cold and icy conditions, the business failed to salt their parking lot, even after numerous complaints from guests. The ground was hazardous and extremely slippery. I slipped, fell, and severely injured my hand.
After reporting the incident, an accident report was taken, and the staff provided me with an ice pack and a warm compress. However, these efforts were insufficient to alleviate my pain. I returned home in discomfort and have been dealing with ongoing pain since the incident, which occurred over a week ago.
What’s more upsetting is the lack of follow-up or concern from the nordik nature Spa. I expected at least a courtesy call from the manager to check on my well-being, but I have heard absolutely nothing. This complete lack of compassion and empathy for a guest injured on their premises is unacceptable.
I am highly disappointed in the poor customer service and negligence displayed by Nordik Nature Spa. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to guest safety and care.
