My partner had a necklace on at the time and it was removed by the therapist for the massage.
Both the therapist and my partner forgot it at the end. Within 10 minutes of leaving we tried to reach the spa with no luck. Very difficult to speak to an actual person.
We immediately emailed multiple times as well.
Completed the customer satisfaction survey making note of missing necklace.
Absolutely no reply what so ever.
Finally get through by phone one week later. Basically told too bad so sad. Your loss. Your problem.
People expect better than this. I’ve noticed the reviews on customer service are terrible. My experience confirmed this.
Do better Nordik Spa. With the investment in such a beautiful property you could certainly invest in proper customer service.
