点评：We booked a kayaking adventure with New Forest Activities along the enchanting Beaulieu River and it was every bit as magical as the photos suggest. After a warm welcome, our guide Gemma proved to be absolutely fantastic—her enthusiasm was infectious and she made the experience truly memorable. Even though we were a small party, she immediately got us out on the water, super keen to make the most of our time there.
Gemma’s positivity, paired with her knowledge of the river, created a smooth, engaging experience. We even learned nifty things about kingfishers and a history lesson on the river.
What was especially impressive was how welcoming and comfortable Gemma made us feel, encouraging us, sharing snippets about the local wildlife and history, and being genuinely attentive to everyone’s pace. It wasn’t just a paddle—it felt like a personalized exploration of this lush corner of the New Forest.
