Batoka Sky Helicopters And Microlights的点评
点评：Unsatisfactory. We were a group of 5 adults who booked a helicopter flight as part of a special trip for my daughters 50th birthday, knowing we would be able to fly together in a 6 passenger Eurocopter. We booked a 10am flight, but were not picked up until 10am from our hotel. Upon arrival at the aerodrome, we were advised that the Eurocopter was unavailable and our group would be split into a 3 and 2. as only one pilot was available, we then had to wait until the first group had their flight before the second group could fly.
Although the ground staff were apologetic, there was no alternative available. The company knew well in advance that this would be the situation, but made no attempt to advise us beforehand, when alternatives, including cancelling and flying with another company, may have been possible. We even checked with the reservations agent at our hotel on the evening before the flight, but nothing was said.
We contacted the company on our return to UK and despite apologising again, would not recognise the inconvenience, disappointment and extra time we experienced. They said we had received the experience in full and therefore no recompense was possible.
Be very careful booking with this company as they will change timings, arrangements etc at little or no notice and your experience may be impacted as a result.
