点评：We have just returned from a short break at Rookery Hall in Nantwich. WOW!......
The setting, ambiance and Hall itself are all just lovely, but the best thing about our stay was it's amazing staff.
Nothing was too much trouble, they all seem so happy in their jobs and the attention they all showed us was second to none. They genuinely want you to have the best stay and they make sure that you do have that experience.
Everyone was smiley, friendly, chatty, engaged and attentive. A huge willingness to iron out any matters you present to them, no matter how small. All staff were very helpful whilst remaining professional and respectful. They all work very hard.
We felt so relaxed and welcomed here. From Elle on check-in, to Dan in the bar and all the other countless team members we came into contact with, waiting on staff, bar staff, hotel reception, spa reception and room staff, a huge thank you.
We made full use of the pool and spa and we wish to give a shoutout to our spa therapists, Olivia and Carol. We were both given top-class treatments. And highly recommend them.
We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel and it's selection. Weather it was at breakfast, over at the spa, afternoon tea or evening meals in the bar or dinning room, all mouth watering. There was an excellent choice of drinks on offer as well.
