Awesome show - poor food and service

点评：First and foremost, the show was well acted and funny. It was a good time and good experience. The actors worked their ways around the round and did an excellent job of connecting with the audience. My constructive criticism comes with the food and service. We attended a Valentine show, at a premium, but the food and service were disappointing. We arrive at 715 and after 15 minutes of not seeing our server I went to the bar to order drinks. I was told that I needed to place my order with our server at the table and they would let him know. We returned to the table to eat our salads. Then we started our entrees, still without seeing our server. As we finished our entrees our server made an appearance and we placed our drink orders, but he left both salad and entree plates for us to look at. The show started at 8p, and our drink arrived around 815, after an hour of being seated. We paid a premium for the upgraded dinner. All steaks were to come medium rare, as specified by the menu, but mine was definitely well done and had obviously been prepared well in advance. I would have shared this with our server, but we nearly finished by the time we saw him. After our drinks were delivered, the next time we saw our server was when he dropped off our bar bill. Bar prices were reasonable, but the service was horrible. For nearly $100 each I just expected more. Again- the show itself was exactly, but the show and dinner are a packaged deal. Don’t expect much from the food and I’d recommend not splurging for the special events/upgraded food.
