A Perfect Family Experience at Lulu’s Beach Arcade!

点评：During a recent business trip to Myrtle Beach, my husband and I decided to bring the kids along for a little family fun. We stumbled upon Lulu’s Beach Arcade and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
From the moment we walked in, the arcade was bright, clean, and full of games that kept all of us entertained. But the real highlight was the impressive four-story rope course outside! Both of our kids, ages 7 and 10, were excited to give it a try. It was a bit nerve-wracking for them at certain parts, but we cheered them on from the ground. At the top level, you have to rappel to get down, which tested their bravery.
Our adventurous 7-year-old daughter, always ready for a challenge, became a little overwhelmed and decided not to rappel. Her 10-year-old big brother tried to encourage her by going first, but she was still upset with herself for not going through with it. That’s when Kevin, the manager, noticed she was upset and stepped in to check on us. We explained the situation, and Kevin’s kindness and understanding made all the difference. He offered to let her try again if she changed her mind.
After playing games as a family and building her confidence, our daughter decided she was ready. Kevin personally walked her out to the rope course, and she climbed back up with no hesitation. Watching her rappel from the top, beaming with pride, was truly the highlight of our trip.
The atmosphere, customer service, and overall experience at Lulu’s Beach Arcade were absolutely fantastic. Kevin and the team (the two young ladies at the rope course and Martin who worked at Arcade) went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great time and created a memory we’ll cherish forever. If you’re in Myrtle Beach, I highly recommend stopping by Lulu’s Beach Arcade – it’s a must-visit for families!
