Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!

点评：This was our third visit. The first two visits were great and before the official opening and the move of all services into the "bull building". Boy have things changed. The staff were generally rude and unaccomodating. We booked the olive oil tasting and self tour and tried three times to join a group for the tasting and were told to come back later. So, we thought we would sit on the beautiful patio. We were first told that only guests with reservations for lunch could sit on the terrace despite there being plenty of unreserved seats available. We ordered wine from the bar and asked another member of staff if we could sit outside and they said no problem. It seems that training is needed to get all staff on the same page!. After several hours of waiting for the oil tasting, we asked if we could sit on the long wooden (and empty) tables by the oil tasting while we once again waited for an opening. We were rudely told no and that only VIPs could sit down. The rest of the guests, like us, who only paid Euro 15 each would need to remain standing in the area. While we waited, no tours arrived and the tables remained empty until closing. We were so frustrated so we asked a manager if we could have a refund for the oil tasting and she again rudely said no. So, we left. We will never return, never buy LA Organic Oil again, and tell anyone who asks, to save their money and visit some of the other sites with friendly staff and a better sense of customer service.
翻译：这是我们第三次来这里了。前两次都很棒，而且是在正式开放和所有服务都搬进“公牛楼”之前。现在情况真是变了。工作人员普遍粗鲁无礼，不热情。我们预订了橄榄油品鉴和自助游，三次想加入品鉴团，都被告知要晚点再来。所以我们想坐在美丽的露台上。一开始我们被告知，只有预订了午餐的客人才能坐在露台上，尽管那里有很多未预订的座位。我们从吧台点了酒，问另一位工作人员是否可以坐在外面，他们说没问题。看来需要培训，让所有员工都达成共识！等了几个小时的橄榄油品鉴会后，我们问是否可以坐在橄榄油品鉴会旁边的长木桌上（而且是空的），然后再等一次开放。我们被粗鲁地拒绝了，只有贵宾才能坐。其余像我们这样每人只付了15欧元的客人，只能继续站在那里。我们等待的时候，没有导游来，桌子也一直空着，直到关门。我们非常沮丧，于是问经理是否可以退还试油费，但她再次粗鲁地拒绝了。所以我们就离开了。我们再也不会来，再也不会买LA Organic Oil了，也告诉任何问的人，省点钱去其他店里，那里的员工友好，客服意识更强。
