Oasis Tropical Retreat Spa的点评
点评：Oasis Spa is easily comparable with some of the top spas I’ve tried in 5-star hotels. From the start, their reservation agent, Sam was so helpful and answered all my questions patiently and warmly. I purchased one of the December promotional gift sets and even when I did not manage to receive it at the resort that I was staying in, Sam took quick action to help me call the resort to try to locate the my gift vouchers and parcels. As I do not speak Thai, I really appreciated that Sam went the extra mile to help me locate the package and even offered to send me new vouchers at the spa itself. I was so relieved and grateful! Thank you Sam for all your help each step of the way! Eventually the package was found (this turned out to be the hotel’s fault and by no error of the spa) and I could use my vouchers easily. The spa itself is so beautiful and in a nature setting with thatched roof huts and luxurious amenities and shower facilities. We received a warm welcome from the receptionist who spoke good English and was very professional. The therapists were so skillful, professional and polite. My husband did the Queen of Oasis hot stones massage and After Sun facial and said his therapist was very conscientious and skillful. I tried the Ayurvedic hot oil massage, Oasis Four Hands massage and Forever Young facial (with cold stone gua sha) and all were so relaxing and special - nothing I’ve experienced previously. The Four Hands massage is indeed very unique and having 2 therapists work evenly on both sides of the body is really a truly relaxing and pampering experience. The spa visit ended with a cold towel, herbal tea and fresh fruits to perk us up. Both of us slept like babies that night! I’m finding another excuse to visit Thailand soon just to go to Oasis spa again!
