Best 4x4 for a safari trip and game viewing

点评：We rented a Jimny from TreadLite for three weeks, the two-door automatic with a roof box for the tent, and used it to visit the national parks in the southeast of South Africa. The pickup in Durban was a bit cursory but OK, we just had to ask later how to open the fuel filler flap. As a tall and heavy driver, I was a bit worried about the space in the cockpit, but it was big enough. The built-in refrigerator is great and there was enough space for luggage.
We always switched on the four-wheel drive on gravel roads, we only needed it in the Tembe Elephant Park, because the tracks there are often deep sand.
But the most important and unique thing about the Jimny are the large windows and anyone who is out and about to observe animals will love them.
I can only recommend TreadLite and think that our next South Africa safari will again be with one of the superbly converted OffRoadJimneys from Treadlite.
