This company pleasantly wowed me. I had an included airport transfer service from my home to Sydney Airport in November 2023 and then from Sydney Airport back home a couple of weeks ago as part of my Luxury Gold Egypt trip.
What can I say? They are so impressive.
Punctuality? On time and even early! At the airport the driver was waiting for me in a conspicuous area with my name on a board.
Communication? SUPERB. Both drivers SMSed me well before the meeting time with clear instructions and communication.
Drivers? Spectacular. I wish all transfer drivers were like these guys. Absolutely great conversationalists, warm, genuine, friendly, and made sure I took my time and had all my luggage with me. The driver who took me home (unfortunately forgot his name), made sure he walked me and my luggage to my apartment lift rather than just drop me and go.
Mercedes car - so clean, brand new and gorgeous on the inside!
Driving was excellent, especially in wet weather last year.
The admin people/reservation consultants are also super attentive, and fast at responding to emails.
Can't recommend this company enough - LOVE IT.
Special shout out to Elias who took me to the Airport last year - love that guy :)
