Cancellation refund Policy

点评：We booked private transfers through this company for our family holiday in Calabria and paid a 350euro deposit last year.
Unfortunately, more than 4 weeks before our trip, our granddaughter suffered a serious foot injury and was medically unable to travel. We notified the company immediately and stated we would send supporting documentation if they needed.
Only 140euro of our 359euro deposit was refunded, with 210euro retained, including a 10euro deduction for transfer fees. This was soo disappointing, particularly as we had also paid transfer fees when making the original deposit.
At no stage during the quote,booking or emails correspondence with Alessandro were we provided with a cancellation policy or advised of any cancellation fees.
After receiving the refund, I sent a further email expressing my disappointment and seeking clarification but received no response.
We had used this company previously and we were happy with the service, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Future customers may wish to request written confirmation of cancellation and refund terms before paying a deposit.
