Awful customer service discussing place

点评：The place was dirty with litter in the changing rooms, snotty tissues, cotton pads where guest has removed their make up all over the sides and floor, among a dirty plaster. The sauna and steam room had puddles of dirty water on the floor. There was mold in the jacuzzi which also wasn’t working. The sun loungers were very uncomfortable. The sides of the pool were broken and sticking up, trip hazard. And not a single check was taken throughout the whole day of the pool. The staff were unhelpful and never around. They also lied upon purchasing the package and were rude. There was one particular customer who found joy in splashing all the other guests and was laughing about it even when she upset a group of elderly guests and not one member of staff sorted it out even when they were told by multiple people at the spa. The treatment ranged dramatically from myself and friend who attended. Attended for a relaxing day and came out uncomfortable and irritated.
