点评：Attended for a Spa day that was a present from the family. Reading some of the reviews I was not really looking forward to this and I would have happily cancelled. I'm pleased I did not cancel!
Attended as requested a little before treatment due. Shown the options with zero pressure to upsell. We opted for the 50 min hot stone massage.
Prior to the massage I used the gym. It was well maintained, clean and modern.
My massage was done by Kelly who was lovely, pleasant and professional. Ive had lots of massages and this was equal to the better ones. No complaints from me at all and I stress no pressure to upsell. Nice and relaxing.
Afternoon tea (we had an early one at 1pm by our choice) was served by the lovely Michelle in the bar area. Again she was fantastic, helpful and attentive. She is a star member of staff. Cakes and sandwiches were great and so much we took loads home.
In summary i cant fault the place. I think this was excellent value and we will return.

下午茶（我们自己选择提前到下午1点享用）是由可爱的米歇尔在吧台区提供的。她一如既往地出色，热情周到。她绝对是这里的明星员工。蛋糕和三明治都很棒，而且分量十足，我们还打包了很多回家。
总而言之，我对这家店没有任何不满。我觉得这次体验非常物超所值，我们还会再来的。
