I would give zero start to this company via Klook. They should be out of business to be honest, not sure how they even still operates.
We booked a private transfer from puerto princesa.
The driver did not show up for 30 mins after our agreed pick up time. We tried to call them, no answer. We contacted them via whatsapp and they say the driver will arrive 90 mins later than the pick up time. Did not even bother to contact us ahead.
No apologies, had an absolute audacity to tell us they have other people waiting in line to take their vehicle which apparently is the “last one” so we should thankfully take the vehicle and shut up.
The company has absolutely no business moral. They made the 90 mins wait time for their customer sound like nothing , and that we should be grateful that we are getting their vehicle lol .
They are scammers with no business moral. PLEASE SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME OF TRAVELLING and DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMAPNY.
