点评：They lost our backpack. The backpack was found, but they still haven’t returned it. These are our conversations about it.
Unprofessional and disgusting.
Details:
Following the driver’s instructions, I placed two backpacks in the trunk. During the trip, the van made several stops where other passengers’ bags were loaded and unloaded. When I arrived at the airport, one of my backpacks was missing.
Since I already had a flight to Manila and then to Japan, I had no choice but to leave. The local staff promised, “They will find my backpack and send it to Japan.”
After bit more than a week, they informed us that they found our backpack.
However, after that, the communication became troubling:
Since we had already shared our home address and our safety was at risk, I’m posting this review now that I’ve moved.
