My trip to the airport which was pretty scary! That driver forgot to pick me up, did not know the area or how to read Waze App, so I had to tell him how to get there. He also said he was not
Permitted to go to the airport but there were no other drivers, really ???
This return trip, there were storms so they shuttled myself and another woman to the location of another van that was not there. They said it may be a half hr. Ok then they would call us back. But during this conversation they also said they were waiting on 10 ppl. Well, the van only fits 10, and now they were saying they have an ADDITIONAL 10 coming, so who’s getting bumped. The other ppl had not even landed yet. We waited 30 min for the promised callback and gave up and took an Uber. Btw, Uber $100 for 2 ppl, vs $70 for one person. I called back and spoke with Pam and Vic and both lied and said they called us and left a msg. Initially they offered a partial credit then hung up on me.
Never, ever again. Would never recommend!!!!!!!
