Adequate Airport Transfer Experience in Udaipur

点评：Booked an airport transfer in Udaipur via booking.com. The expectation was below expectations compared to other airport transfer experiences in India. First, we had to wait approx 25 min. for the driver since they were still outside the airport. Texting with the central office I was told our flight was early. This didn't make sense since they had all of our flight information and could easily have monitored the flight.
I also had forwarded instructions from the hotel which was located in the old city for the driver to call the hotel to send an auto rickshaw when we were about 10 min away. I did not have phone service (data only) and went back and forth with the central desk via Whatsapp who wanted to make this my problem despite me forwarding the hotel instructions 2x prior to pick up. We had been flying for 5 hours and I assumed this would have been coordinated.
The driver itself was very professional, and the car was very comfortable for us and fit all of our luggage easily. Would think twice before using this company again.
