点评：I am writing to share my disappointing experience at the Samsonite outlet store in Leesburg, VA, on August 18, 2024. After contacting the store at 12:30 PM regarding elastic suitcase protection for my new Samsonite suitcase, I was informed that the item was available in-store. However, upon arriving at 2:45 PM, I found the store closed with no one inside.
I waited until 3:30 PM, but no one came to assist me. I even spoke with security, who was unable to provide an explanation for the unexpected closure. When I called the store at 4:00 PM, I was told by an employee that he was on his lunch break from 3 to 4 PM, and there was nothing he could do for me. This is unacceptable, considering I had been waiting for 50 minutes prior.
This experience not only wasted my time but also caused me to travel to the airport with my suitcase unprotected, resulting in scratches and damage.
