Furnace Mill Fishery的点评
点评：If you are any sort of a fisherman then don't bother with this place.
This fishery has become more of a 'holiday camp' than a fishery, with it's holiday homes, shooting range, and food area. It's full of 'old boys' who are happy to be out for the day and more interested in having lunch than catching fish.
First impressions are well maintained grounds, and easy access to pools, but as far as fishing goes that's it.
The fish here have been caught so many times they are spooked at the slightest thing and steer well clear of any bait on a hook. If you do manage to catch anything, which a vast amount of people don't, the fish put up no resistance and have no fight in them at all. You can literally pull them straight in like a wet sock.
If you are any sort of fisherman this place is no sport at all. Don't waste your money here when there are plenty of places nearby to catch decent fish.
