点评：The experience with Crescent City "Tours" was not terrible; IT WAS DESPICABLE!!! I booked a tour in early February. They contacted me in early March to change the date, for an unknown reason. Crescent City "Tours" never contacted the booking agent, Viator to update the new information. So the entire time I was getting emails/electronic tickets from Viator with a "tour" date of 4/21. Early on 4/20 an agent from Crescent City Tours called me and asked if "I was going with them because I'm on the list". I told them we were dressed and could go but my ticket says 4/21. I checked my email and told him the email I got from Viator even on 4/20 said I go on 4/21. He then said, "I guess it's 4/21 then". Later in the afternoon he called again and told me I was supposed to go on 4/20. He said I'll have to contact Viator for a refund because there is no room on 4/21. Now I am fighting for my $304 refund. Crescent City "Tours" was negligent in their operations. Why would I not go on a tour I already paid for? Now I can't do anything. I pray I at least get my money back, because my vacation memories for my family are already ruined.
