Great Course TERRIBLE front desk support.
El Valle Golf Resort的点评
点评：First of all i write this review having read the previous reviews to see what comments etc have been given. One thing i can say is that El Valle has NOT learned anything since a similar Tripadvisor update September 2023 !!
A positive first, The course was fabulous and a real test of golf.
Now the issues,
1, The front desk staff, two ladies who were rude, unhelpful and really bad. No, welcome etc, they informed us that NO buggies were available without even trying to look. I award them " The BEST Sales Prevention team" ever.
2, When i took it upon myself to see about the Buggy situation by talking to the buggy Marshall, he told us that he would try to see but we might have to wait and thankfully he managed to help us out. A BIG thank you to Kristoff.
3, No drinks trolly, which is needed.
4, Clubhouse was tired and having to go in and order drinks and food as they will not serve at the tables.
